Wykeham House skydives to raise money for The Royal Marsden

A carer at Wykeham House in Horley put the ‘fun’ into ‘fundraising’ with doing a charity skydive to raise money for The Royal Marsden.

Peng Li-Poole is the deputy manager at Wykeham House and has been worked for Barchester for 8 years.

Peng skydived on the 22nd October 2023 in Salisbury. This was Peng’s first time skydiving, and they raised a total of £410 for the charity.

Peng’s, General Manager at Wykeham House said: “Everyone at Wykeham House was keen to show Peng support on her adventure, especially the residents who enjoyed hearing all about the experience. The Royal Marsden is a great cause that helps its patients undergoing cancer treatment, which is a cause very close to the hearts of all our staff and residents, and we are really proud of Peng to have been able to raise this money. Thank you to everyone who donated!”
